Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Summer Staff Coordinator to join our team at CMT Learning - Euro Sports Camps - Sports Tours Europe. This is a full-time position for 4-6 months, working 37 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our temporary summer staff are fully compliant, trained, and ready to join our programme. You will work closely with the Recruitment Team to track the status of staff in the recruitment process, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and support the Recruitment & Training Executive as needed.

You will also be the main point of contact for compliance and onboarding of summer staff, guiding them through the process with clear and friendly communication. Additionally, you will assist in the planning, preparation, and communication for assessment days, helping to organize and send out necessary information.

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and an understanding of database management systems. They will also have good organizational skills, be able to handle sensitive situations well, and adhere to confidentiality and data protection guidance.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where everyone's opinion matters. You will work in a relaxed and flexible working environment, including some working from home options.
