Student Experience Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum.

We are looking for a motivated and organized Student Experience Coordinator to join our team at EF International Language Campuses-Summer Camps. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that students have an unforgettable and engaging experience during their stay with us.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics and activities that enhance student satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement programs that promote student success.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive campus environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Manage day-to-day campus operations, including accommodation, meals, and activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
