About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Team Member to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our operations, you will contribute to both the kitchen and customer-facing aspects, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Kitchen Operations: Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils in pristine condition, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
  2. Food Safety and Quality: Ensure food safety and hygiene standards by adhering to regulations and keeping accurate records.
  3. Stock Management: Prioritize stock rotation to maintain the freshness of food products, minimizing waste and ensuring quality.
  4. Delivery and Storage: Manage deliveries and store food safely to prevent contamination and ensure timely delivery.
  5. Operational Procedures: Familiarize yourself with operational policies and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  6. Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and serve food according to our menu offerings, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  7. Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, guaranteeing product availability to meet customer demand.
  8. Menu Knowledge: Develop expertise on our menu and ensure accurate food preparation to meet customer expectations.
  9. Incident Response: Respond promptly to customer complaints and report incidents to the Café Manager.
  10. Task Planning: Organize tasks efficiently to maintain a well-planned work environment, ensuring maximum productivity.
