Little Kitchen Help Ltd is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead our hotel in Newton, near Inverness airport in Scotland. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale hotels with 100+ rooms and a strong background in hospitality operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a stable career history, with minimal job transitions, and bring deep local knowledge and expertise to drive hotel performance and elevate guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of General Management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
