Job Description:
Wrightbus is a fast-growing company that requires an experienced Performance Development Officer to support its expansion. As a key member of the Performance Development team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to managers and employees on performance development strategies.

Your primary duties will include supporting the development and implementation of a Performance Development strategy, collating data from training needs analysis, and developing training plans to meet business objectives. You will also be responsible for creating a suite of Performance Development policies, procedures, and practices that align with ISO 9001 standards.

In addition to these duties, you will plan and coordinate the annual training diary, ensure the skills matrix is accurate, and report on relevant KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the Performance Development function. You will work closely with the Performance Development Manager to embed training processes on site and provide support to teams in terms of improvement process implementation.

A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
