Job Title: Travel Sales Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Professional to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a Travel Sales Professional, you will be responsible for dealing with customer inquiries, converting them into bookings, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

* Handle customer calls, live chats, and emails in a professional and friendly manner
* Identify customer needs and match them to suitable products
* Build rapport with customers and partners by providing informative and friendly responses
* Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on potential bookings
* Ensure all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently in line with SLAs

About You:

* You will have demonstrable sales experience gained in a target-driven environment
* You will be able to build rapport with customers and provide an exceptional customer experience
* You will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
* You will be capable of managing your own workload within a fast-paced environment
