Travel Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Travel Sales Professional to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting inbound customer calls into bookings, providing expert advice via live chat and email, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and convert them into bookings.
- Provide expert advice via live chat and email.
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on potential bookings.
- Ensure all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently in line with SLAs and with the best outcome for the customer.
About You:
- You will have demonstrable sales experience gained in a target-driven environment.
- You will be able to build rapport with customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- You will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Capable of managing your own workload within a fast-paced environment, whilst focusing on multi-tasking a diverse workload and prioritising accordingly.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs through questioning and information gathering.
