About the Role

We're seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Team Leader at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading a team of baristas, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts and support colleagues in delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Maximize sales by leveraging team members' strengths and talents
  • Train and accredit new baristas
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share knowledge with the team
  • Drive high standards in quality and customer satisfaction

About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for coffee and people, who is reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn and take on new challenges. If you're a natural leader with a love for coffee and a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
