About the Role

We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Team Leader at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on new challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance
  • Train and develop new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of store operations
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve store efficiency
