Job Summary

Park Road Group Practice is seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in chronic disease management and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Main Responsibilities

The Practice Nurse will be responsible for the implementation of processes for effective patient management, working closely with the practice management team. Key duties include:

  • Assessing patient needs and providing appropriate care based on evidence-based practice.
  • Developing and implementing health promotion and wellbeing programmes.
  • Managing wound care, including leg ulcer management, compression and doppler.
  • Prescribing medication for patients in accordance with PGDs and own scope of practice.
