Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist
At Park Road Group Practice, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a leading GP-led practice, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care to our patients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement processes for the effective management of patients with long-term conditions using evidence-based practice.
- Ensure nursing services are delivered effectively to our practice population.
- Support the practice management team in reviewing and delivering clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse and member of the NMC.
