Job Opportunity

Willing Care, a reputable care home provider, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to contribute to the well-being of our residents. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, ensuring the health, safety, and emotional wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication, conduct comprehensive assessments, and manage care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide safe and effective nursing care, addressing individual needs with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment, adhering to Health and Safety and infection control protocols.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and families, offering reassurance, information, and support during their care journey.

Requirements
  • Nursing qualification (RGN or RMN) and NMC Pin registration.
  • Experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally in a residential, nursing, or dementia care setting.
  • Strong understanding of clinical and care standards, including experience in medication administration and assessments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor junior staff and work collaboratively within a team.
