Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Worker to join our team at Action Mental Health. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of our flagship project, OUR Generation, which aims to improve mental health literacy, emotional resilience, and leadership skills among children and young people (aged 9-25) and key youth workers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver training programs focused on mental health, training, and development for young people and key youth workers.
• Collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including teachers, community groups, and youth workers, to enhance their capacity and knowledge in mental health and youth development.
• Work closely with the operational team to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with partners and stakeholders to facilitate networking opportunities and promote the project's objectives.
• Engage with a wide range of individuals and groups from Northern Ireland and border counties of Ireland to achieve project goals.

Requirements:
• A relevant qualification, such as a degree or diploma, in a field like health, education, or social care.
• Substantial experience working with individuals with mental health needs, young people, or disadvantaged groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong skills in mental health training, training & development, group training, young people, children, and youth training delivery.
• A full current driving license and access to a car is essential; consideration will be given to alternative traveling proposals for applicants with disabilities who cannot hold a license.
