Area Sales Manager Home Based

Job Description:

Armour Home Electronics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and grow sales within the Greater London territory and surrounding counties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and maximizes territory potential.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with stores involved in national accounts, ensuring Armour Home products are well-represented and performance expectations are met.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the installation channel, with a focus on growing the Armour Home brand presence.
  • Monitor sales performance, trends, and market conditions within the territory, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience in the Hi-Fi/consumer audio industry preferred, ideally with knowledge of independent hi-fi dealers and the install market.
  • A passion for high-end home audio products and the ability to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Proven track record in business development and account management, with the ability to drive sales growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first approach.
  • Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.
