Nursery Lead for Inclusive Learning

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team as a Maternity Cover SEND Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating inclusive learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SEND principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will work closely with the management team to ensure that all children receive the support they need to thrive.
This role offers:
- A competitive salary: £32,000 per annum

- Annual leave, including bank holidays
- A Monday-to-Friday schedule
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum Level 2 qualification in a UK-recognised early years qualification
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
- Experience of working with children who have SEND requirements
