Enablement Support Team Lead

Derbyshire County Council is seeking a skilled professional to lead the Enablement Support Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing effective provision of services through specific projects, specialist advice, and guidance, as well as day-to-day team coordination.
Key responsibilities include improving outcomes through supporting and assisting the well-being of individuals, encouraging people to achieve their best in their own homes and communities, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary professional teams in localities across Derbyshire.
