Newly qualified and experienced Registered Nurses can now join our nursing team as a Night Shift Team Lead. This role will be based at Newlands House, where we provide care for 35 people with physical disabilities.

About the Role

As a Night Shift Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of support staff to ensure the smooth management of the night shift. You will need to prioritise, plan, and delegate tasks effectively, promoting independence and choice for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have current registration with the NMC, thorough knowledge of nursing theory, and experience in providing high-quality care. You should also be able to demonstrate effective nursing practice in basic procedures and work flexibly within rostered hours and on-call rotas.

Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28-£32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. With a night enhancement of £1.50 per hour from 8pm to 7am and a weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays, you can expect to earn a higher rate during these periods.
