About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Leader of Sales Growth to join our team in Cardiff and Newport Area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving commerciality, and enhancing service standards within your store.

- A proven leadership track record, with ability to lead teams through change with a growth mentality
- Demonstrated flexibility and resourcefulness, comfortable having difficult conversations and achieving effective resolutions
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining excellent standards and working at pace
