About the Role

The Client Solutions Manager - Gaming is a key position at TikTok, responsible for driving client growth and revenue through strategic advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with mobile gaming advertisers
  • Support and collaborate with Business Partnership Managers on pre-sale research and pitches, focusing on relevant product solutions and advertising strategies
  • Create and optimize client ad strategies using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions, including organic and paid options
  • Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok's auction platform and auction-based tools, providing technical support and real-time analysis
  • Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and improve advertising offerings
  • Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative approach to build productive relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams
  • Keep accurate records of pending and active campaign plans, maintaining campaign schedules and ad inventory availability
  • Act as a product champion to drive revenue and adoption in key areas, build team expertise, and promote cross-functional exchange and collaboration
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues, provide market feedback, and support TikTok for Business product development
  • Collaborate with creative teams to provide gaming clients with creative solutions, including insights and strategies
  • Work with measurement partners and advertisers to understand how they measure success and help them understand TikTok's value
  • Cooperate with the ad policy team to ensure clients and the CSM team are informed about policy changes and receive necessary support
  • Collaborate with the Ad Operations team to ensure smooth campaign execution and accurate ad specifications and rates
  • Work with the Organic team to help clients enhance their organic presence and complement paid activities
Requirements
  • Proven experience in performance-based campaign management in in-house marketing, digital agencies, platforms, or media
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition and performance marketing, with a passion for social media and the gaming industry
  • Proactive attitude, excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, measurement, and using major tools like Google Analytics and MMPs
  • Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a plus
  • Sales-oriented mindset, strong account management skills, and experience
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter, fast learner, and startup spirit
