Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Main Purpose of Role

  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers to ensure their requirements are met and that they receive an exceptional level of service.
  • Process customer jobs, deliver sales reviews and reporting on time, and act as a 'Superuser' for onboarding and training new customers.
  • Support the Commercial team on pre and post-sales visits, develop and maintain Service Level Agreements, and ensure customer issues are dealt with efficiently.
  • Specifically, report and enter data on laboratory results and support the Customer Services Manager in implementing new procedures and identifying efficiencies.

Key Qualifications

  • Able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to change.
  • English, Maths & Science GSCE A*-C or Equivalent.
  • Literate, including good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong focus on attention to detail and strong IT literacy.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Knowledge of LIMS databases.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality.
  • Full driving licence.
