**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced paramedic to join our team at Burlington Primary Care as a Primary Care Clinician. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will have a degree in paramedic science or practice, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and experience in a busy primary care setting. You should be able to work autonomously within your professional boundaries and take responsibility for your own learning and promoting evidence-based practice through the use of the latest research-based guidelines and the development of practice-based research.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
  • Build effective working relationships with other healthcare professionals, including GPs, nurses, and pharmacists.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
