Facilities Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at Telefonica Tech UK&I HQ in Central London. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage the smooth running of internal events, including catering, logistics, and coordination.
- Support customer and partner events, bookings, and management of the event space.
- Implement efficient processes for managing employee visits and maintaining office capacity.
- Manage meeting rooms, facilities, and external service providers to ensure optimal use and value for money.
- Liaise with landlords, building management teams, and maintenance suppliers to maintain a safe and well-maintained premises.
- Ensure all new employees and visitors receive health and safety training and orientation.
- Organize office supplies, refreshments, and cleaning services to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
- Manage post and deliveries, as well as company travel requests.
- Lead a team of receptionists and facilities coordinators across London and the UK.
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
