About the role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team in Berwick Upon Tweed.

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service, from assisting with product queries to resolving any issues that may arise.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their shopping experience is memorable.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Tesco's high standards.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to enhance the customer experience and promote Tesco's values.

What we offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate (£12.02, with opportunities for increases)
  • A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to work fewer hours (12+) if desired
  • 3 weeks' notice of scheduled shifts, with opportunities for flexible working arrangements

Requirements:
