About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Tesco team as a Colleague. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and operating the till system.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and stock levels are maintained.
  • Engage with customers, building relationships and promoting Tesco products and services.
  • Work flexibly to meet business needs, including working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
