About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague in our Berwick-Upon-Tweed Superstore. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip.
  • Take the initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers.
  • Work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
  • Be at work on time, well presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador.
