About the Role:

We're looking for passionate Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) and Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) to join our team. As a care professional, you'll play a pivotal role in providing excellent, professional, and effective care to our residents.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Patient-Centred Care: Develop and implement patient-centred care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Daily Hospital Activities: Facilitate daily hospital activities, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
  • Effective Communication: Ensure effective communication with service users, carers, visitors, and staff, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Mental Health Act: Implement effective use of the Mental Health Act where necessary, ensuring the best possible care for our residents.
  • Policies and Procedures: Assist with the development and revision of local policies and procedures, ensuring we're always providing the best possible care.

About Our Residents:

Our residents are typically aged 40 or older, requiring a longer-term or permanent placement where both their mental and physical health needs can be met. They may present with challenging behaviour and low mood, requiring close monitoring and support.
