Position: Outpatient Registered Nurse (Part-Time)

One Healthcare Partners Limited is excited to offer a remarkable opportunity for a skilled Outpatient Registered Nurse to become a vital member of our supportive and energetic team.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will report directly to the Outpatient Manager and will be responsible for delivering exceptional individualized patient care as part of our clinical team. Key responsibilities include:


• Ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout their visit to the facility.


• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams while adhering to hospital policies, national guidelines, and best practice standards.


• Performing clinical nursing tasks, which may include wound care, assisting with minor procedures, monitoring vital signs, venepuncture, and providing chaperone services.

Work Schedule: 25.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. Shifts will typically occur between 08:00 and 20:00.

Compensation: Salary is commensurate with skills and experience, equivalent to Band 5, NHS AfC.

Qualifications:


• Must be a Registered Nurse with NMC.

Experience:


• Previous clinical nursing experience in an outpatient or clinic setting.


• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Skills:


• Proven knowledge and competencies in essential clinical practices.


• Skills in phlebotomy, cannulation, ECGs, and administering intravenous antibiotics are advantageous.


• Strong written, numerical, and verbal communication abilities.


• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and web-based reporting systems.


• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the organization.


• Excellent customer service skills.

Desirable Attributes:


• A passion for cross-functional collaboration within clinical departments as needed.


• Experience in the private healthcare sector.


• Relevant clinical skills to assist with minor procedures.
