Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse to join our dynamic team at One Hatfield Hospital. As a key member of our Theatre Department, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of care and services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and organisation of care provision within the operating department.
- Work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
- Provide a high standard of efficient, individualised patient care.
- Adhere to all of One Healthcare policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Registered with the NMC/HCPC.
- High standards of clinical competence.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills.
