Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise, teach, and mentor nursing assistants and student nurses to ensure they provide exceptional patient care.
  • Lead health checks for newly registered patients and those aged over 75, promoting healthy lifestyles and disease management.
  • Conduct immunisations, injections, and vaccinations, as well as venepuncture and pathology sample collection, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment.
  • Support clinics, such as diabetic, hypertension, asthma, menopause, warfarin, minor surgery, contraception, and cervical smear testing.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in delivering high-quality patient care.
