Early Intervention Opportunity:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Early Intervention Nurse to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis, providing individualized support and guidance to help them navigate this critical period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care and support to individuals experiencing psychosis
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based treatments in mental health

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) qualification
  • Experience working in community mental health settings, preferably with a focus on early intervention
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £24.00, dependent on experience
  • A part-time contract with 22 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
