We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Transitional Support Worker with Tameside Council.

This rewarding role involves working 37 hours per week, providing support for young people, and helping them achieve their aspirations.

You will establish face-to-face contact with young people, conduct needs assessments, and develop tailored plans to meet their individual needs.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and has the skills and qualifications to make a real difference in their lives.

You should have NVQ Level 3 in Care of Children and Young People, Adult Social Care, or equivalent, and proven experience working with Cared-for Children and families.

About the Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including access to ongoing development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
