About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Processor – Property to join our team at Allied Westminster (Insurance Services) Ltd. This role is responsible for processing property-related insurance policies, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process property-related insurance policies, including claims handling and renewals.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurers, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and issues.
  • Carry out administrative tasks associated with policy administration, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure comprehensive support is provided to customers.
Requirements
  • Experience in property-related insurance, including underwriting, policy administration, or claims handling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Competence in using IT systems for administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
