Job Title: Policy Processor - PropertyKey Responsibilities

The Policy Processor - Property will be responsible for:

  1. Engaging with customers via phone, email, and postal correspondence to address their inquiries and provide clear information.
  2. Carrying out administrative tasks associated with claims handling, renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments after completing the necessary training.
  3. Communicating effectively with insurers, RICS surveyors, and loss adjustors as part of the process.
  4. Efficiently and accurately handling and responding to product queries from clients.
  5. Working collaboratively within a team to ensure comprehensive support is provided to Allied Westminster's valued customers in the Village Hall insurance sector.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Experience in Property-Related Insurance: Essential background in underwriting, policy administration, or claims within the property insurance sector.
  2. Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally, with customers and team members.
  3. Previous office-based, customer-focused experience is crucial.
  4. Competence in using IT systems for administrative tasks.
  5. Exceptional detail orientation to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  6. Strong organisational capabilities to manage various tasks efficiently.
  7. A strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
