Mental Capacity Act Social Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled social worker to fill the position of Mental Capacity Act Social Worker. In this role, you will work with vulnerable adults who lack capacity, ensuring their rights and interests are protected, and providing support to achieve their best possible outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of clients' capacity and decision-making abilities
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans that respect clients' autonomy and dignity
- Liaise with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive support and coordination
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
