Deputy Manager Childrens Home Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Esland Care. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our children, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and services to our children.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our children.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide a comprehensive support network for our children.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months supervisory experience in a children's residential care home.
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and industry best practices.
