Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nuclear Medicine Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for administering radioactive pharmaceuticals to patients, participating in nuclear cardiology stressing service, and developing specialized protocols.

Responsibilities

Main Duties:

  • Administering radioactive pharmaceuticals to patients for diagnosis and therapy
  • Participating in nuclear cardiology stressing service
  • Developing and implementing specialized protocols
  • Working in conjunction with Nuclear Medicine technologists, Clinical scientists, Consultants, and relevant Speciality Registrars
Main Responsibilities of the Job
  • Ensuring timely management and resolution of unexpected events and situations
  • Implementing policies and proposing changes to practices in own area
  • Demonstrating highly technical and/or practical skills to ensure optimum patient management
Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 per annum
