About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Stock Assistant to join our team at END. as a key member of our store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the profitability of the store by receiving, handling, and managing inventory deliveries in a timely and organized manner.
  • Verify delivery accuracy and ensure that the quantity received matches the quantity sent.
  • Ensure products are accessible, available, and ready for the sales floor.
  • Store products in a way that prevents damage and maintains a clean and tidy stock room.
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor as a priority upon receipt.
  • Assist the Service team with fill-ups and markdowns during sale periods.
  • Conduct discretionary ad-hoc stocktakes and participate in formal quarterly stocktakes.
  • Reduce store shrinkage by researching inventory discrepancies and reporting suspicious activities to store management.
  • Complete Transfers Out within 24 hours of receipt.

Requirements

  • Ability to work within established processes and procedures.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills and common courtesy.
  • Awareness of the importance of working within a team to achieve excellent results.
  • Ability to follow established priorities and deadlines.
