About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stock Processor to join our trading team at Cancer Research UK. As an ambassador for our organization, you will be responsible for processing and preparing pre-loved items for sale, ensuring they are presented in the best possible condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage new and donated stock, including pricing, steaming, and tagging.
- Assist the store team in achieving sales and fundraising targets.
- Support the training of colleagues and volunteers in stock processing.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, security, and health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to our supporters and customers.
Requirements
- Experience working in a busy customer-facing environment.
- Adaptability to changing situations.
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and bank holidays.
