As a Senior/Principal Reliability Engineer at Nexperia, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of reliability test plans for our E-mode GaN products.

About You:

  • You possess a Master's degree or equivalent in Experimental Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline, with a preference for PhD holders.
  • You have strong knowledge of GaN semiconductor physics and a minimum of 3 years of experience working with power semiconductor devices, preferably wide band gap GaN HEMTs.
  • You are well-versed in mechanical, electrical, and thermal failure modes in semiconductor products and failure analysis techniques.
  • You have expertise in international quality standards such as JEDEC and AEC-Q101, reliability test to fail methods, and reliability test equipment.
  • You demonstrate strong data analysis skills (JMP, MATLAB, Minitab, etc.) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
