Key Responsibilities:
- Under the leadership of the Restaurant General Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant.
- You'll focus on staffing, training, and scheduling to ensure your team is equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify and develop talent within your team, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them grow.
- Use effective scheduling to ensure the right team members are in place at the right time to meet sales and profit goals.
- You'll be the face of the restaurant to new hires and crew members, setting the tone for a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Experience leading people, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
- 1 year of line operations experience, with a proven ability to lead and manage operations in a dynamic environment.
- 1 year of management experience, with a focus on staff development and retention.
- Flexibility to work 45-hour work weeks, with availability to work all day parts and days of the week.
