Customer Onboarding Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team at Oliver Bernard. As a key member of our EdTech SaaS company, you will be responsible for successfully onboarding and managing several key accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Own the onboarding process of several schools, coordinating data migration and training schedules
* Manage data migration processes and ensure seamless integration
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools and internal teams
* Utilize CRM software to track and analyze customer interactions and data
* Provide expert-level support and training to customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our SaaS solution

**Requirements**

* Strong project management and change management skills
* Excellent stakeholder management and customer relationship-building skills
* Experience with data migration and CRM software
* Expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and relevant tools

**What We Offer**

* Competitive daily rate of £275
* Remote working opportunities with occasional office visits to Leeds (travel paid for)
