Financial Administrator Position in Leeds

At Interface Recruitment UK, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team in Leeds. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong administration background and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Sage Line 50.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various tasks including monthly debt reviews, financial processing, and administration duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, high accuracy, and computer literacy skills.
We are looking for someone who can prioritize their workload effectively and maintain a friendly and productive relationship with colleagues and clients. Additionally, the candidate should have a GCSE in English and Maths, as well as minimum 1 year finance experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly: Review outstanding debtors, reconcile supplier statements, and run BACS.
- Daily: Open post, file documents, process invoices, and update ledgers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- GCSE in English and Maths.
- Minimum 1 year finance experience.
Desirable:
- Accounts Assistant qualification.
