Legal Administrator Position in Leeds

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrator to join our Housing team at a well-established Law Firm in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Partners and fee earners within the department.

Main Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Organising and prioritising workloads on an ongoing basis, in conjunction with fee earners
  • Maintaining the fee earner's schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Administrator or similar role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
