About the RoleThe successful candidate will learn from colleagues and mentors to build a wide range of skills and experience by working across various departments such as Reprographics, Records Management, Mail Services, Front of House, Document Production, and Legal Administration.
Responsibilities include following internal procedural guidelines, dealing with queries and requests from clients and visitors, providing administrative support including filing, scheduling, data entry, and finance support, assisting with post and courier deliveries, records management, and distribution of external and internal deliveries.
You will also engage with suppliers to maintain stock levels, produce high-quality documents, undertake printing requests, scan documents for distribution or storage, manipulate and distribute electronic documents using specialized software, assist with meeting room bookings, create and amend documents within the firm's house style guidelines, and open matters in the document management system.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and challenging environment. The role involves working on a variety of tasks, prioritizing multiple priorities, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication skills.
