We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at WatchHouse St Mary Axe in Liverpool Street. As a Barista at WatchHouse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality coffee drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment
  • Proven track record in hospitality, punctuality, adaptability, and a hard worker
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and ingredients
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
