Job Title: Strategic Business Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead efforts in analysing business process improvements and design effective solutions for our clients at Arrow Global Group. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business processes and drive innovation.

This role involves taking ownership of requirements gathering, solution design, and guiding junior team members. You will perform gap analyses, create detailed workflows or process maps, and facilitate workshops to foster team collaboration.

You will partner with technical teams to design and evaluate solutions, define success metrics, and conduct post-implementation reviews. Additionally, you will conduct data analysis to identify trends and create dashboards and reports to present key insights.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or similar roles, preferably within financial services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Expertise in business process modeling and data visualisation tools
  • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong Leadership and adaptability to changing business environments
