Job Title: Strategic Property Development Leader

We are retained by a family office with a significant investment portfolio to recruit a highly experienced property development leader.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in the future strategy and direction of a Real Estate fund, working closely with the leadership team to drive business growth.

The position will be based predominantly in the North-West region with occasional travel to London as required. As the voice of development within the family office, you will be responsible for building your own team and implementing strategies to drive success.

You will require a strong understanding of both residential and commercial office sectors, as well as the ability to adapt to other property asset classes such as industrial and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of cost-control and project management, with a keen eye for detail and a numerate background.

A competitive salary of £80,000-£120,000 per annum, plus bonus and a percentage of the profit on successful projects, makes this an attractive proposition for experienced professionals.
