Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all required employee training is up-to-date and records are maintained on file and available on request.
  • Regularly service and maintain fire-fighting equipment and alarm systems in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Manage statutory inspections and insurance inspections for the site.
  • Conduct new employee site inductions and orientations.
  • Coordinate and conduct product training to ensure team members are up-to-date on all product launches.
  • Develop and maintain site Health & Safety policies.
  • Maintain site Safety Policy to ensure it is current and available for all staff members.
  • Conduct risk assessments on site and for remote workers as required to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Record and address all accidents and near misses.
  • Attend management meetings.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of the site, including window cleaning, fire prevention equipment servicing, and regular equipment maintenance.
  • Liaise with the security company to ensure the site is secure during working hours and out of hours.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on Site Operational Metrics.

  • High degree of emotional intelligence.
