Job Title: Construction Administrator/Co-ordinator

Sanbra Group is a leading Irish-owned and managed group of companies with headquarters in Dublin and Lisburn. The Group comprises 15 companies across the island of Ireland and Great Britain, designing, manufacturing, and wholesale distributing a wide range of quality-approved products and brands to a long-established network of retail and trade merchant customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all employee training is up-to-date and records are maintained on file and available on request.
  • Regularly service and maintain fire-fighting equipment and alarm systems in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Manage statutory inspections and insurance inspections for the site.
  • Conduct new employee site inductions and orientations.
  • Coordinate and conduct product training to ensure team members are updated on all product launches.
  • Develop and maintain site Health and Safety policies.
  • Maintain site Safety Policy to ensure it is current and accessible to all staff members.
  • Conduct risk assessments on site and for remote workers as required to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Record and address all accidents and near misses.
  • Attend management meetings.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of the site, including window cleaning, fire prevention equipment servicing, and regular equipment maintenance.
  • Liaise with the security company to ensure the site is secure during working hours and out of hours.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on Site Operational Metrics.

  • Third-level qualification in Health and Safety and/or Human Resources.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Full clean driving license and willingness to travel to other divisional company premises.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence.
