Job Title: Site Agent Construction

CSR Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, quality, and client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Delivery: Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects to meet client expectations, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget compliance.
  2. Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations, and ensuring the well-being of all personnel on site.
  4. Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the required standards, identifying and addressing any quality issues promptly.
  5. Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work is completed to the required standard with minimal rework.
  6. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project.
Requirements:
  1. Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of project execution and management principles.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Project, and other relevant software, with experience working with Common Data Environment (CDE) such as Procore.
  3. Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and commercial principles.
